Did you know you could use encouraging quotes as affirmations? Quotes have been compiled for thousands of years. You can find books full of them or you can search the internet for them. People love quotes, especially quotes that encourage them. Reading these little tidbits from what others have to say helps us to relate. People use these quotes for many different reasons why not use them as positive affirmations?

Some people have a hard time thinking up there own affirmations or finding one that is just right for them, when searching for the perfect affirmation. If,however, they had millions of quotes to choose from the process may be a little easier. The fact is, they do.
