Using Quotes As Affirmations

Did you know you could use encouraging quotes as affirmations? Quotes have been compiled for thousands of years. You can find books full of them or you can search the internet for them. People love quotes, especially quotes that encourage them. Reading these little tidbits from what others have to say helps us to relate. People use these quotes for many different reasons why not use them as positive affirmations?

Some people have a hard time thinking up there own affirmations or finding one that is just right for them, when searching for the perfect affirmation. If,however, they had millions of quotes to choose from the process may be a little easier. The fact is, they do. There are so many good quotes that could be used in place of an affirmation, still producing the same results.



If you are one of those people who are not moved by the positive affirmations you have found or don't know how to make your own, then using quotes as affirmations just might be the way to go. Do you have a favorite quote? Do you have a quote that moves you?

Simply choose the quote or quotes that stand out to you. Copy them down and put them where you can see them every day. If you want, you could also start with an inspiring quote and then change the wording slightly to suit your particular situation. It doesn't have to be fancy and no one is judging here. This is all about you. The important thing is that you do what feels right for you.
